I like it. Personally I have never liked the looks of IFS on a fenderless rod but somehow it seems appropriate on this truck. I would only make a few minor changes........gas pedal, brake pedal, and shifter. Just to make it a little more driveable. Or I might just leave the driving up to the plastic rat.
I like the body, sort of like the late model body's Don posted a while back but I don't really care for the frame it's on. Interior's pretty cool, maybe it just needs fenders.
Bonehead I agree with you about the nascar feel. Maybe part of a matching grill/bumper assembly in front that is sectioned so the body lines match with the cab would help.
I agree with Russty. Put some fenders on that thing and cover up that ugly IFS. Not too crazy about the bed either, but someone obviously worked hard on this truck and it looks like it is well built.
Now that it's mentioned. It kinda has an old school NE modifies feel to it. I like the different take on that version Chevy truck. The plastic rats,,,,,,,,,,,
Gotta go !
I was trying to stay out of this, but I'll throw in my 02. I usually dislike the looks of a fenderless car/truck with ifs. But like Bruce and some others have said, I think this thing has a racey, modified look to it. I could actually live with some tubular control arms on the front and leave it exposed, maybe adding some roll cage tubing around the engine. It does need a bed cover though. Remember, it's not being advertised as a finished vehicle.
