Stupid funny that they're laughing about the car getting smashed - looks like it hit the roof too meaning the car is probably totaled.

I found a calculator - looks like it was in the air roughly 6 seconds. That means it left the ground at 70mph and went about 350 feet in the air. It's amazing it went so straight up - very easily could have went through somebodies house roof.

I once hit a calf in a 97 crown Vic running about 70mph. All it did to my car was bust the marker light. And the interior was a whole other story. The air bag destroyed the dash, heater controls, radio was missing it's face, windshield busted, and the steering wheel radio controls broke. I wouldn't of ever fealt the calf but the air bag knocked me out cold. Luckily I slid to a stop sideways in the road and didn't hit something else. When I woke up I was laying in the middle of the road with people standing over me. If I can turn my air bag off in what ever I'm in, it's off. I hate them.

A friend of mine in Virginia the other day had pulled his Saab 2 door turbo into the driveway and was just sitting there warming up when his passenger side airbag went off. He was peeved. Had this car 15 years and had it almost completely restored. He said the airbag blew the windshield out, took out most of the dash, and left his face all bruised up.....
I think I'm keeping my ideas that I don't want anything in my cars and trucks that I don't have manual control over.
