Another krazy day in Tripper's neighborhood!

This was a week for weird stuff & today was no exception!!! I go to get gas this afternoon & I'm talkin' to this guy about my Ranchero when all of a sudden he starts yelling STOP, STOP, STOP & wavin' his arms like crazy... seems a woman in a lil Fiat 500 was backing out to leave with the gas hose still stinkin' in her tank! She just stopped in the nick of time... got out of her car... pulled the hose out & just threw it down on the ground... got back in her car & made a hasty get away! OMG... the guy & I laughed until we nearly died! Wish I had thought to snap a picture!!! People!!!

Back in the day of 'Quarter Car Washes' I was sitting in line watching the woman in front of me wash her car and she was on the far side of her car away from the coin box when it timed out. What does she do..........she lays the wand on the ground, walks around to the coin box and deposits her quarter
So then what does she do........instead of turning the thing off so the hose will stop bouncing off the wall and the side of her car........she grabs, stomps and wrestles with it till she gets it under control.

A few times a year a driver will rip a gas nozzle off. They always try to deny it. Kinda hard when they park the tractor with the nozzle still sticking out the passenger side tank.

I have seen this done several times. Including one instance that ripped the hose off, and one that damaged the top of the pump....
