OK, in my effort to get a T5 mated to the 260, and being without a chunk of aluminum to make the adapter, what about this; just set the whole tranny up on the lathe, chuck in the pilot part of the input and turn a new pilot so I can whack the desired excess amount off the input shaft. I suppose I might have to trim the t/o bearing collar too.
