One of my last outings was a bit of a bust but I did find a Studebaker. I'm just wondering if it has any cash value. It is a Lark 4 door wagon. A good solid straight car but all the glass is broke out. The interesting part is that it's a V8 with 3 speed overdrive and the TT emblem on the tailgate (Twin Traction or limited slip) I can't turn the engine by hand.
Sorry the camera took a dump so no pics.
I don't need it and it would have to be worth about double scrap price ($400) on a quick turn around for me to mess with it. I don't know beans about the desirability of such a hulk, any ideas? Maybe the posi and O/D worth getting it for and crush the rest?

Theres also a good chance the rear is not a "studebaker' as they bought alot of pieces from other suppliers, so the 'rob it and crush it' is sound. Maybe a Dana or something of value.

I like weird hulks for their unique body panels--make for strange buckets or tops or furniture etc..

I kinda got a junk 'problem' though--a guy cant get too many junk cars..

Is it a solid roofed wagon or one with the rear section retractable, a lot more rare ?

Google ..... Studebaker Drivers Club ...... and trying advertising with them, every State has a club, some Studie enthusiast will want to keep it out of the crusher.
