Man the prices for 32 Fords and parts is getting pretty silly. That's why I can't afford one. I have less than that in my entire running, driving, fake 32 Ford. Of course I'd like to have a real one but at those prices, my fake one is just as fun to me.

$700,000.00:eek: Wow! Thats alot of scratch. I think I'd rather buy 700 Thousand-dollar cars. Or a hundred Seven-Thousand dollar cars or........

Sure makes that $ 25.00 '32 Ford 5 window my Dad bought me for Christmas when I was 11 years old look like a pretty good deal, huh? (But then he sold it and bought me Willys Jeepster instead, without me knowing about it, and was mad at me for not being appreciative about it.........I wanted the deuce back!!)

Actually, $25,000 isn't all that out of line anymore for a '32 body in that shape. Some people would be willing to pay that kind of money for a real steel deuce that is so clean. Now, the guy that has the sedan is another matter. He obviously has some problems because he keeps running that "million dollar" car on Ebay. There has to be some sad story behind him doing that........lonely and just likes the drama and attention?????

It is no wonder today's rodders are turning to alternative body styles like the truck bodies some of us are using. These are still pretty reasonable and IMO make a very cool, different rod. Plus, to many of us if we see a steel deuce or a glass one we can't tell the difference or care. Gastricks is a perfect example, great looking rod that almost anyone would be thrilled to own. (I know I would :))
