As most of you know, I'm not above borrowing interesting things from other sites. I found this on one, and thought it was absolutely amazing. The detail these guys go to, and the pure craftsmanship is really impressive.

I love to see pros at work, the stuff they do is just so........well, professional. I know it isn't rat roddy, but sure fun to look at.

10 rats worth!!!

Don,
That was very interesting & entertaining! I guess I'm but an egg sometimes... but I loved the way the body was broken down & the pieces were put together to make the body. Never really got that B4... + that was really different the way they went about most things... like those billet wheels they wood grained! Wonder how much that build was?!?! About 10 rats worth, I'm sure!!!

That is one of the trickest cars I've ever seen and the whole thing looks like a bone stock model A on the surface. One of the coolest parts is the cast aluminum wheels made to look just like the stock wooden spokes.

I've seen a video of that car in action and it is amazing. In the video, it's being driven through some hilly curves like it was a Ferrari.

Wow,What a build.I dont I would sell that car after I put all those man hours into it.It would have to bring a pretty penny after all that work.Very detailed build.

I didnt go to the website, but I'm guessing by the words on the blueprints and the fact that they were in metric measurements that that was from Finland/Sweden? I think that would definitely add to the $$$ necessary to track down some of the parts they used.

"Restorations" are not my cup of tea, but I looked at every picture, and said "holy s**t" out loud when I saw the wood grain billet wheels.

Nice link.

Yep, you've hit it. The car is not my exact cup of tea either, but you have to really appreciate the skill level involved in building it. Pros just do such nice work, and make it look so easy. Every time I see a car turned out like this, it is like watching an artist create a masterpiece........just fun to watch.
