I want to box in the frame on my 50 f1. can anyone tell me how much I need to box in for IFS on the front and IRS on the back. What size plating should I use anyone have any pics that I could look at. Thanks RUSTY

Rusty, If I'm reading you correctly, you only want to box the area of the frame that is adjacent to the IFS crossmember. If that's the case, I have heard anywhere from six to 12 inches on either side of the crossmember, but I always go to the maximum and box the frame 12" if not the full length of the frame. As for thickness of material, You can use something near the same thickness as your existing frame or a bit thicker, but not thinner.
