I'm confused. The head castings say this is a 91+ oval port, but I can't find the block numbers in any data sheet. What the heck is this? Is it a boat motor or something?

I can't match #10237288 with anything either.

Head #10101140 suggests 366T or 427T. Those are tall deck engines, probably industrial/commercial truck.

C 1 37 should be the date code. March 13 '97.

Is there a code or two punched on the deck land?

I am coming up with a 1996-98 GM Truck, 366 Cu In. The head numbers match that engine.

Suggests it's a 6.0L 366 Tall Deck Big Block. That sucks...

I got a 366 Big Block for sale if anybody wants....

yeah its a truck engine, but so what...I got one too. I'm gonna bore it and change the cam and throw it in something...it may not set any land speed records, but it's still move a rat around pretty good
