Any good boneyards in the Chicago area for old stuff? Im north of Chi-town almost to the Wis. border. Any help would be great.

I have heard rumors of there being a place down south of the city in Kankakee.. but have never gone in search of it

I think the one down by Kankakee is the pick and pull lot. I havent been down to that one in a LONG time. I do know that it has 1/2 price wednesdays(or it did).

nope.. just heard that there is somewhere down there where an old guy has a spot with a bunch of old stuff, and if you catch him on the right day he will sell...

Could just be a story though..
