chocolate wonderfall at golden corrall

Anyone see these commercials? Big chocolate waterfall with people dipping snacks into it and having a great ole feast.

I see.......... little kids with there unwashed butt scratchers and open sore hepatitus fingers being shoved in it for a taste while the chocolate recirculates its now infected self back up n down the waterfall.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The GC I have went to in Rapid City is in a ghetto minority side of town and always dirty little rugrats running around in there. I can just see the same scenario you saw.
I have however experienced a chocolate waterfall or two at weddings and it was quite a wonderful experience to dip huge ripe strawberrys and those little cream puffs.

That was my wife's first comment too. I thought it was a weird item for a buffet place as well. To be honest most buffet places like that kinda give me a pause for question.

My town is not a large city , but we do have some stuff:2 super walmarts, a Sams,2 lowes , a home depot and at least one of every kind of food place there is . GC closed up , it was too nasty for the folks around here .

I have been to a couple of decent Golden Corals in my life but the one here is Ft Myers isn't one of them. The customers are not exactly the best looking group of people I have ever seen and the food there is bland at best. Not very clean either.

You guys are thinking the same thing I thought when I saw those commercials, seems kinda unsanitary to me.

It's funny how they all seem so different! There are several around here, but the one right by me is the best one! A couple of them I won't even think about going to!!

Very true, but the Rapid City GC really isn't bad otherwise. I should go there more often.

l hope the irresponsible bird owner get fined and there bird didn't die. l was told chocolate is bad for birds when l got my parrots.

Chocolate is toxic to birds!!! I hope that's not real and just somebody's stupid idea of a joke.

In one of GC's commercials a woman says, "You can dip anything you want in it!" Yeah, right. That's what we're afraid of !!!

Suddenly, my wife's cooking sounds good.

Wow. I don't think I could even work there and witness the chocolate waterfall. I'd either be too disgusted or get fired for sarcastic remarks!

We were driving through the middle part of Florida one time and there was a GC so we stopped for dinner. It was amazingly good. The food was all like home cooking and we hit on steak night and they even had a guy carving prime rib for you. They would also custom cook your meat as you wanted it on the grill they had . I wish ours here was half as good.

Ate at a Golden Corral in Az a couple of years ago...It was OK until I went back up to the buffet and some huge heifer was filling her fat face right up there. That was it for me.

BTW...there are some huge people in the US
