I shake my head sometimes at the tin available in other areas. I see most people replacing the wood with steel tubing anyway. But I'm a truck guy....

with a clear title and little rust, the problem is not so bad, it is in a lot better shape than the 3Osomething l started with & miles ahead of some of the stuff l seen on here people make into rods.
clear title is a good thing, it saves time and hassle with the "MAN".
offer 2K and have fun.
as for the missing door, cut it down a bit and make a 2 door outta it. that is what l did am and very happy with the results.

The Chevy's are wood structure and all the sheetmetal you see is nailed on to the wood. It's a TON of work to replace the wood. Not that it can't be done, but it's not for the faint of heart. Many guys have started a Chevy project like that and given up.
