Bob, I would have sent you a PM on this, but my box is 100 percent full. How do I remove only some of my PM's? I have some I want to keep for reference, but if I delete either the incoming or sent I lose all of them in that group. I see little boxes you can check, but don't know what to do.

I figured some others might benefit from learning how to do this too.

Thanks,

Don

Hey Don,
Go in to your PM inbox, decide whitch individual ones you want to delete, and check only those, click the delete button, and you should be good to go.

Then you can do the same with your outbox.

Don, if you just click on the box next to the one you want to delete, you can delete them one at a time.

Click the box to the right of the message you want to delete. After the check appears, go to the white box at the bottom where it says "move to folder" Click the arrow in the white box and scroll down and select "delete" Then click "GO" to the right of the arrow. This will delete only the message you have selected. To do more than one at a time repeat the same process only this time check all the boxes next to all the messages you wish to delete.

Hope this helps

Save or delete!

Don,
I usually save my incoming messages & put them in a folder on my desktop... then delete from RRR. You can select (check) individual messages & use the box at the bottom to deal with them as u choose (in the red circle). I typically save them as text.

I just copy and paste into a word file anything I want to keep for myself, and then delete everything. (it does not work in the reverse order)

You guys are geniuses!! :D:D Thanks to all, I now have an almost empty box.

I wasn't sure if checking the boxes saved or deleted the PM, and didn't want to risk losing some.

Don
