1906. SD used leather from 1905 to 1912. I also have all the metal SD plates from 1913 to 2000 except the 13 and the 16.

I had a half burned OK, motorcycle plate, 74 IIRC. Story was it was burned in the McAlister prison riot and none were ever issued. Sold it to a collector.
