cruising arizona/car shows/ any good stuff for visitor

l have friends (yes l, skull, actually have a friends) who have a house in yuma,,,,

summer of 2013 they want me to spend some time down there.

what kind of cruzin' and car shows are close?

here we have a get together on thursday and friday nights, just a gathering of like minded rods and classics that is a blast.


anything like that there?

not sure if l am taking the race car jalopy or the dodge truck quite yet.

Wait...Yuma in the summer? Eggs frying on the sidewalks, that's about it .
Stuff goes on in LA all summer. About 3 1/2 hours away.
Cruisin'/car show season is just starting here in Baja AZ and will be done in April.
