WOOTCHA USE??

Im about to start cleaning up a 454/T400 I pulled out of an RV, as well I have a 9" I need to clean up so I can do some moding,

What do you you use to clean up and degrease oily greasy piece parts or frames, or what ever, (dogs, daughters boyfriends,)

super clean works good, so does a good dose of dawn and real warm water used in conjunction with a scrub brush.

Nothing works better than cheap oven cleaner...

pressure washer works great on those big parts.

i'm with B.E.D. cheap oven cleaner.i get mine at the dollar store.

I use a combination of things. I scrape the thick stuff I can get at. I also like the oven cleaner and then the pressure washer. A lot of small parts just get washed in a basin with parts solvent and a brush, then a quick spray off with B-12 Carb clean or Brakleen. I used to take engine castings to the machine shop and have them hot tanked and I still take gas tanks and such to the radiator shop to have boiled out.
