i have some dietz headlights that say 9-82 SAE-H on them
problem is i dont know what wire is what.
i have
red
green
blue
yellow
can any of you guys throw me a bone here?

Hmmm, usually they have a 3 wire pigtail that accepts standard 7 inch bulbs. Maybe a picture of the pigtail would help. Do they have parking lights on top of them?

This is a typical 7" bulb setup. Not sure of the plug you have there unless it mates with another before it goes to the bulb and in that case ohm the wires to figure out where they need to go to match the bulb.

Those look like their old style plow lights without the turn signals on them. They probably used the same plug and the yellow and green ones don't do anything. If I remember right the wiring was:
Red High beam
Blue Low beam
Green Park light
Yellow Turn
Grounded through the mount.
 
Pull the bulb out and lets see whats in there.LOL I bet they are not using one of the wires.
