I've been searching for a center link that will work when I convert my '37 Buick to a power steering gearbox.
I'm not going to use a rack & pinion because my spindles require 7 inches of throw and I have not found a center take off r&p with this much throw.
I found a picture of a 57 Ranchero/Fairlane center link that looks like it may work. (see attached)
I know it's a lot to ask, but does anyone have a stock 57 thru 59 Ranchero/Fairlane that that they could measure two lengths on the center link for me:
1) distance between inner tie rod attach centers?
2) distance between pitman arm attach to idler arm attach centers?
Thanks for your help.
