I'm trying to get brake pressure into an under floor brake system.
I am using residual valves in the proper way disc fronts, drum rear.
WE have gone blind bleeding the brakes. Not sure if the master is proper?
there are about 10% brakes...

Sounds like air in the master to me, did you bench bleed it?

I had a loose-fitting do the same thing. I mean like a quarter of a turn lose. It wasn't leaking but it was enough to suck air bag in when you let off the pedal. Same exact scenario. Underfloor master cylinder with check valves

As von-zipper asked, did you bench bleed the MC?

Do you have adequate free play? If the MC piston can't return fully, it can't draw more fluid, nor can it push more fluid.

Starting at the wheel furthest from the MC, can you bleed enough fluid to lower the reservoir level? Repeatedly?

So I had a buddy come by and look over my plumbing, and I was feeding the wrong zones with the master cylinder outlets (switched).
I have a better pedal now but I have not tested it on the road yet.
Ill let you know if I have any other issue.

Hi Kenny, Good point, yes they required alot of adjustment.
I cant test drive the car yet, long story.
Ill let everyone know if there are any other gremlins.
