Here's Some Friendly Holiday Advice
Please, take care of yourself this Christmas.
A recent joint study conducted by the Department of
Health and the Department of Motor Vehicles indicates
that 23% of traffic accidents are alcohol related. This
means that the remaining 77% are caused by a--holes
who just drink coffee, carbonated drinks, juices, milk,
water, and stuff like that. Therefore, beware of those
who do not drink alcohol. They cause three times as
many accidents. This message is sent by someone who
cares about your well being.

I saw a girl on the freeway the other day going 70mph texting with both hands & steering with her knees. I slowed down and let her get way in front of me! How stupid can you get? Lord, why do I have to live in this world with all these morons?

Why is it the people who spend all thier time texting & talking (i.e. oblivious soccer moms) drive the most ponderous vehicles? If I see another frantic woman swerving all over the place in her Tahoe while talking on the phone or texting I might lose it. "I just HAVE to get to COSTCO to get those xmas cookies!!"

Seen them too. Had one were the girl ran into the back of another car. Her air bag went off and the enprint of her cell phone was on the side of her face. She ended up with stitches.

No worries, I don't drink alcohol (never liked the taste) and I only use a cell phone to call a tow (its never on).

I noticed that too. The rudest drivers I was ever around, as a group, are Texas women in SUVs, they treat other motorists as some kind of non-human, totally inconsiderate.

Just the other day I was leaving our apartment complex and there was an SUV sitting on the side of the road. In it was a young mother who was waiting to pick up her Son off of the school bus. The bus pulled up and the kid had to weave his way around cars all by himself (he was about 6), cross the street, and then pound on the rear door for her to open it up for him. She was so engrossed in talking on the phone she wasn't even paying attention to him, instead of making sure he got across the street ok.

I almost parked my car and went up to her window to chew her lazy, inconsiderate butt out, but I thought the better of it. Some people do not deserve to be called a Parent.

Ha, ha, I showed my wife this post. We laughed and thought, how did a post on drinking and driving get turned around to talking/texting on cellphones. I told her because most people drink.
