Pretty stupid. It looks like the first truck either didn't have ore didn't use the downriggers. I would love to have heard the truck owner's response to the guy who did that. Stupid is as stupid does.

first truck didnt appear to have outriggers. that is just dumb not to use them on a job like that. the second truck couldnt have fallen in with the outriggers that it had.
