I spoke with the Detective today, he assured me I would not be losing my car. I had filed a complaint with Fla. DMV as I felt the car was fraudulently misrepresented.

I hope the State of Florida is able to get restitution for the victims.

From the news stories, I tend to think she might not have been paid in full. I believe the sheriff spokesman stated Danzig would make a one payment so it became a civil matter?

There are going to be some very scared buyers out there, wondering if they are going to lose their cars. Very sad. Hope they recover some or all of the money for people.

I just received a Subpoena from the State of Florida. I may be asked to testify on behalf of the State.

So I maybe visiting the Sunshine state in March.

Are you driving or flying? If this happens in Palm Beach County, it's 4 or 5 hours south of me but I'd be proud to meet and greet if you pass through by car somewhere.

The Great State of Florida will be flying me there if they actually need me. The Hearing is on March 3rd. Trial would be March 14th. If this guy is wise he'll enter a Guilty plea. So I guess I'll know on the 3rd if I'm going?

I am sure defrauding senior citizens, especially in Florida, will not taken lightly.

I really don't know much. But, I believe the motel were I would stay will be full of witness for the state. Them might need a coach bus to get us to the court house.

I do know one victim is a retired Police Detective from NYC. I sure the defense attorney won't be looking forward to that man testifying.
