frame question

i have a 1950 f1 that i bought 15 yrs ago and have never touched.
the previous owner started boxing the frame. the truck does have a 440 engine in it.
should i box the whole frame?

Probably not. F1's have fairly stout frames. Just make sure the PO didn't box it with booger welds and you should be good.
