Pics in the morning, scored a 55 Dodge 5 window pickup today. V8, 3 speed overdrive. Pretty solid but has been a cow scratcher for 20+ years so lots of dents. Anyway, didn't even get it off the trailer tonight and doubled my investment, plus a nice old Winchester 22.
I also bought and paid for a couple more from that place, parts cars basically. A 55 Plymouth Suburban wagon and a 54 Merc 4 door.

Got the old winchester all re finished and fixed up, popped a round through it just a bit ago. It took a couple hours of elbow grease and soaked up 6 coats of tung oil like a sponge. Scotch brite to remove heavy rust, down to 800 grit before 3 applications of blue. A little welding/filing on the loose bolt handle. Now my $25 gun is a $200 gun. Gotta love the life of a picker.
