Went to the Goodguys show up near Loveland CO today and my darn camera battery died before I got all kazillion photos. It's been awhile since I've seen a show of this size. I'd say the coolest one's I saw was a model B, a roadster and I got to see Syndicate Chopz's sick ass pickup in person. No kidding, nothing at the show even came close to how cool that rat is! Unfortunately, my camera was dead by the time I got to it so I posted a picture I already have of it

Nice variety of machinery. Thanks for posting the pics.
No problem. Funny how one tends to take pictures that reflect their current interest. Man there were tons of muscle cars, drag cars, trucks, you name it, it was there. Like I said, my camera battery died or I would have took more. Here's a link to 287 pictures from the store done by a pro.

What was the back end of that Buick coupe?
Sorry Sam I don't know. I didn't really like it and had spotted Syndicate Chopz rod and was walking over to it when I saw the Buick. I stood there and looked at it for a second took a stroll around but, it didn't hold my interest much. I remember thinking the rear deck lid reminded me of Chrysler Imperial. I snapped the picture because it was so odd looking.

I've got some event shots from Goodguys as well, just buried in photos this week. I spoke to the owner of the Buick a bit but didn't catch all of the details. I believe the initial custom work was done in the 60's. The current owner started modifying it to run in the LaCarrara Panamerican Mexican road race, but that build stalled out. He decided to take it in a Street Rod direction next. I have several shots from a batch of angles.

I saw some rats rumble into the show but never found them on the grounds. I was shooting every car in order, but only got through about half of the cars before the show was over on Friday. I think I covered around 250 vehicles or so, shooting multiple images for HDR use.

I had other events on Saturday (Pikes Peak Hill Climb testing runs) and Sunday (Exotic Sporst Car Show) and wasn't able to make it back up to the Goodguys show.
