I got a 54 chevy 2 dr post. It has a 327 with a power glide tranny. I'll have to come up with some front fenders for it, They got mashed...:D:D:D

I'll see if I can get this to work.

I'm not sure. The kid I got it from was trying to copy the blacktop 55. He got tired of it and sold it to me. The 327 runs good. The tranny works fine. I got the high rise intake and 650 Holley that goes with it. He didn't know what to ask for the car. Said he would take $500 for all of it,: so I bought it. :D A kid drove it into the garage and hit 2 trucks one on each front fender and totaled the fenders. I will finish my 50f1 before I start on the 54. I'll not even bring it home before then. I know if I do I'll be doing both at the same time and never finish either one very soon.

Well since you asked for suggestions, I say go gasser style with it since the rear wheel openings are already opened up and you have that 327 with it. You can raise the nose higher than the rear without using a straight axle by using ball joint spacers or just taller or heavier springs. Sparce interior and maybe some lettering. That's my vision anyway.

Pictures? :D Not all of these are 53/54. Some of them are 51/52, but you get the idea.

This one is either a restoration or a recreation of a real deal gasser.

Nice find, Rusty. Just a coupla fender shy of a complete for $500 & in that shape, great deal too !!! I think the gasser look could work with it.
