Grille question

Has anyone ever seen a 35-36 Ford pickup grille chrome? I acquired one yesterday and it looks like it came that way.

Apparently the 'deluxe' version was chrome. Read it on the internet, so it must be true. Might have been used on Panel Trucks?

I have seen them before but was not sure if it was factory or an aftermarket item.
