Hello from central Florida

Well my name is David I'm 5'11 with brown hair.... Oh wait wrong site.

Anyways I am new to the rat rod scene and just recently got my first project by way of an unfinished project from someone else.

I have always wanted one just never have been able to get one.

So last week it finally happened. I bought a 1945 GMC truck. It has a 350/350 combo with a ford nine inch. It is body dropped (way to much) and its flat black.

Planned on working on it non stop but then on Thursday I tore the ligaments in my right knee so now confined to bed YaY!!!


And thats how I found your site. I am trying to find any info about a suicide front end that I can. And I have plenty of time to do research now and find stuff used and cheap if possible.

I am learning how to use crutches so as soon as I can get to the computer I will be starting a build thread.

Any info would be great or if anyone here with knowledge is near Lady Lake FL say hi it would be great to meet some fellow Rodders.
