I recently just bought a 59 Willys Overland Wagon with a L226 Flathead Superhurricane motor, which I am in the process of transforming it into a family Rat Rod. My work schedule is awesome, so I can spend alot of time on on it on my off days. My dad comes over on the weekends to help, which has always been a dream of mine to work on a car with him.
Chopping the roof 4", lowering the suspension instead of channeling due to I am a tall person. I am putting a SBC 350 instead of keeping the L226. changing front axle with a 4" drop. So many things running through my head to do to this awesome vehicle. I am already to pull the body and engine is pulled and new one waiting to be dropped in. I have had this less then a month and it moving fast towards my goal to get it on the road for spring!! Keep rolling everyone!
