Help ID this....

Now it has been a while since I was a brake mechanic and my mind does tend to forget.Now the gent I purchased this from said it was off of a 1948 F1 truck.Now going through what pics I could find of 1948 Ford truck front ends nothing I have seen matches up.Only number I found was BENDIX 48952 R on the backing plate.Now I need to order everything to start to re-build it but it aint happening unless I find out for sure what year it is.Take a look see and let me know.Is there numbers stamped somewhere that I am not finding..?Shoes are bonded.If I am forgetting sumthing let me know...

Looks like a later F-100 to me...

hey it looks the same as mine. 51 ford f100 van. come by and measure mine we will c if everything matches up. dp1

It's not a 60's F100. Looks alot like mine, except that 'dish' around the spindle area. And my '63 had 2 single pistons.

Looks like '48-'52 Ford F-1 pickup. I've used a few of them.
