Helping a friend

A good friend had this hanging in his shop. Old original 2x4 GMC dealership sign with the lighted hood. It is 2 sided porcelain enamel. He had a guy offer him $500 and was going to take it. I talked him into letting me ebay it because I think it will bring several times that. Anyway, the listing starts tonight.

I guess that looked like a plug, wasn't meant to be. I just thought you guys would like to see it. If it was a Ford sign in that condition, I would have tried to buy it for myself.

I wish you and your friend good luck with your auction.
If the right person sees it those original Porcelain signs can bring real big bucks.
Most likely end up hanging in some bar or restaurant or a rich guys man cave.....
