Man I saw the news today..arent you getting hit with a pretty wicked winter storm right about now..? I hope everything is ok..Need supplies..? We can all go drive our small block powered bar stools over and help plow snow..!!

We have been hit with the crummiest weather we have seen in years here. Usually snow last a couple of days here and is gone, but we have had a foot of the stuff, and it looks like it will be here for a while. So much for moving to the desert to get out of the snow. It rained night before last, with thunder and everything. Turned the top layer of snow into ice. I am so looking forward to spring, but I fear it is a long time coming.

But don't worry about me, I have a great wood stove in the shop and will carry on as I do.

You, and everywhere else in the US! Iowa/Illinois are getting flash floods from the rain and snow melt - I80 was closed the 3rd time for flooding this year. Can't remember that ever happening.

I had to look to see where Fruita was on the map. Knew I'd been thru it, but didn't know where. Colorado National Monument is one of my favorite places to visit.

Not too early, the sun was up.

The 30's is a Chev. I think the IH it is a little newer maybe 48. It is setting on 60s chev running gear and was a wrecker at one point.
