Homade tamales SUCCESS!

I am always trying to do something new for the first time.
Yesterday's project was authentic Mexican tamales.
Boilded and hand pulled the pork
Made the sauce
The works.
The cool part is they suprised me by turning out freakin great!
I got 50 of em in the freezer

You know why the Mexicans have tamales at Chistmas don't you?
So they have some thing to unwrap!!!

This is according to my Mexican brother from another mother, so nobody get your panties in a wad and call me a racist please.

In my view, I rarely have cooking failures. My wife will rarely eat anything I make (unless it's on the grill.)

Awesome!! Love me some tamales. I set out to make some a few years back, smallest recipe I could fond was 3 dozen and learned it was a 2-3 day project.

Me-i better write down the recipe because what if the Internet goes down due to a zombie apocalypse?
That i could live with.
But i dont want to live in a world overrun with zombies and no tamales.
