home made heater box?

thinking I'm gonna make a heater box out of a cheap heater coar and an electric fan. maybe an s10 fan since we have a few. Anyone tried this ? it doesnt look too hard and theres isnt much to one. Ideas ?!

Can you make it all fit in a old chrome 4 slice toaster shell?

or a metal lunchbox.

I've thought about it myself but have never tried it...........hurry up and build one so I can copy it [ddev My Willys has limited room for even a home made heater box so I'll probably just buy one of these http://cgi.ebay.com/Hair-Dryer-Fold...QitemZ390287991272QQptZLHQ5fDefaultDomainQ5f0 and plumb it to my defrost vents as that will probably be my main concern as far as heat goes.....don't know how much juice they pull [S might need a little bigger alternator
