How can you get the rear suspension this low?

My next project is going to be a tall T. But I want it to be as low as I can get. How can I get it as low as in this picture and keep all the suspension and frame under the body like in this picture?

they set up the same way as coil springs

easy to set up, easy to use.

most set ups use a four bar type rear suspension and pan hard bar to locate the rear end

Look at the picture, the rear suspension isn't really all that low but the body is seriously channeled over the frame and I'm sure it's probably bagged too. Nice car but basically a coffin on wheels.

i would love to do air bags. does anybody have a picture or diagram of an easy way to set this up?

My bet is the car in the picture isn't really a drivable car. Not like one you'd jump in to head out.
