...or maybe I should ask, how much room should I allot for a SBC?

I'm building a '29 Model A, and I plan on running suicide front suspension. I'm wondering how much frame space should I allot between the radiator and the firewall. The reason why I'm asking, is because according to my calculations, the wheel base is going to be a whooping 127" and I'm trying to cut that down. (BTW, any other Model A guys that have a suicide front end out there? What are your whelbases?)

I apologize if this post is vague. If more info is needed, I'll be glad to supply it.

We build a lot of T Bucket frames. We allow 42" from the front of the firewall to the very front of the frame. There is the 3" round tube in the front. Then the radiator 4-5" there. This will leave enough room if you want to add a blower drive to the engine.
