Looks like 1948 -51 Ford truck and the rear was already flipped to the top of the springs. You can lower about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inches by moving the front spring hanger to the top of the frame. IF you decide to remove spring remove every other one. If you remove two next to each other you will put unequal stress on the spring.

I have lower those truck about 3 - 4 inches by removing every other spring and most of the short ones. But that was with the rear under the springs. It does soften the ride and you will not be able to haul anything heavy.

Thanks all. The c notch is already done, the picture is the best one i have of the springs to see how many should be removed. I will try the removal of every other one. Sounds like a plan.

Alrighty then, i removed 5 leafs from each side......sits allot nicer and actually has some bounce in it now.

Alright, with the leafs removed i measured from the center of the lower shock bolt up around 10 inches. With weight on the truck (my weight and gas), i figured i need a shock with an 8" compressed and 12.75 extended length. I cut and welded some brackets on to my frame and installed my new rear shocks. check it out
