My hands/arms hurt/burn hearing him say "hacksaw" over and over. I sure hope he meant hacksaw meaning bandsaw or at the least sawsall. I didn't read through it but

Check out what these guys in England did with a welder,and some sweat. I think they had just a little bit more than a welder and strong arms. The two main things they had were experience - this is not there first build - and the frame jig ,which would be out of reach for a first time /one time frame builder. Yes I didnt have a jig when I built mine , but the shop where I had it welded did have a million dollars worth of tools .This site will be a great resource for those thinking about building their own frame. Any way this could be archived or made easy to get at? LFE
