Found this place by axeedent and glad I did.
Always been a car guy, anything that make noisy explosions, smokes, smells good and goes fast is for me...
The name on all my magazine subscription labels is
Dual E. Quads, I've built only 2 cars from the ground up, a street legal dune buggy with a 1500 CC pancake engine, moded Thunderbird manifold with Holly Bug Spray carb and a 1972 BMW 2002 I bought stripped from a bone yard and built it up as a dirt track "Foreign Stock" racer for Baylands Raceway Park in Fremont Ca.
I've had and built up a 69 and 72 GTO, both 400 4-speeds and a 62 Biscane, 300 hp 327 with 4-speed.
Turned wrenches for BMW for 33 years and took early retirement in 03 and moved the hell outa Ca.
Lookin ta build sonthin, rat rod, led sled, 27-T, late 50's pickup, not sure yet, I'll know when I see it...
Usta do cowboy action shooting but just shooting now (bad knee) and fly R/C.
