Help Support Rat Rods Rule:
Assuming the switch can handle the load, just interrupt the starters signal wire from the start wire at the ignition.
So: start wire at key to
Neutral safety switch in
and then from the neutral safety out to
the signal post on the starter solenoid.

Also it looks like you have 2 switches there
The other may be for the reverse lights?
