ID help AGAIN, please

Well, I hate to keep asking for people to tell me what I have, but I'm sure someone here knows. I'm going to be picking this up tomorrow or Thursday, but I'm not sure exactly what it is. The price was too good to pass up, so if nothing else, I'll add it to the growing pile of things I probably didn't need. The guy says its 50" from BP to BP. Thanks

I think it's a '35-'40 Ford, as the spring pearches are in front of the axle.
