I'll trade 4 12's & 4 10's for 1 11!

Don't know how this happened but I needed a 11mm socket but in my tool box I had 8 12mm sockets & 6 10mm ones... 0 11mm's. How does that happen?!? No clue as to how I have that many of either one of those sizes. Have several 12mm & 10mm wrenches too... no 11's! Perplexed!

Because you can always substitute an 11mm for a 7/16 but 10's and 12's have no SAE equivalent.

I was changing my center link on my '46 on Friday night. I needed an 18mm wrench. I have about every size, but no 18mm. Luckily I had an 18mm impact socket that saved the day.

Them gremlins is real !!!!!! I have set a tool down and not moved an inch, and it turns up missing. I think there is an alternative universe where all the tools are alive and they are mocking us !

I needed it to remove the dash of the ram 3500

When you get there, I have a couple hundred socks you could bring back for me. The tools I've lost in the last 50 years would fit in a very small container, I don't loose tools.

I once set a Gunsmith screwdriver down and never saw it again.
I didn't get up
No tv or anything to distract me
I removed each piece of furniture one by one after inspecting it.
No playful pets.
I don't drink or take drugs.
That damn thing disappeared and I never saw it again
When I sold the house I searched each piece of furniture before I moved it into the trailer.
And when the house was empty I pulled all the built in drawers out to look behind them
Same thing with wash dryer fridge etc

There are a few metric sizes that you don't usually get in a set, like 11, because there is a SAE that is the same size.
