JD Blitz Black Paint

All I hear about in flat black paint products is John Deere Blitz Black made by Valspar paint.
Can anyone tell me what kind of enamel this is? acrylic, aklyd, or modiied epoxy??

How different is is from good old Rustoleum?

Not sure but on KB there were several guys that swore by the stuff! I think they cut it pretty severly too so it made a lot of paint!
