So I got word from a few friends this week about this yard up north of me about 30 miles that was started in the 1920 era and ran into the 1950's and was shut down. The owner just passed and the family is selling off all the cars by the end of summer then they are calling in the crusher to get rid of the rest to sell off the land. While looking through the pics of some of the cars i spotted what I think is a 1930 ish delivery i have always wanted one, so this wkend my and a close friend are heading north to see what i can drag home without my wife shooting me.[dr[cl[dr

That far north i am assuming the cars are pretty much rusted away. Yes/no?
If not and they are going cheap now is the time to get a loan and go into business yourself :) We will need pix!

saw a fewpics on the computer but i was told they look better in the pics, i will be heading up sat. I will be taking the camera with. the link to the site is webstermusic.com/cars it was a little hard to find the site. I am a computer idiot so dont quote me. I know alot of the cars are pretty rough but its still o.k. with me, it wont hurt to check it out. I hear the guy is charging a fair price for everything. I was told about a few 409's and a few nail heads for sure. like I said, it wont hurt to check it out. I could wander old yards for days.[P[P:D:D:D

If you can find a 348 or 409... get it!!! Nailheads are easier to find (at least around these parts) but W motors are nearly impossible to come by here... I've been lookin' for several years!

Where up north?? Is this like open to others or only a select few????

seriously.. whats the story here? open to the public? can you pull parts or have to buy full vehicles.. its a long weekend and only probably 6 hours from here...

any more info

Is there any truth to this?? [dr

If so we need contact info and I am on my way...... Will they sell any parts or do you have to buy full cars? Any package deals if I show up with a 5 place hauler? Do they help load? Do I need to bring my own chainsaw?

I am only about 3 hours out and have a diesel hauler......

I posted the site, it is REAL. Me and a friend went up yesterday and I bought a 35 ford panel delivery. This guy does not part out the cars he sells them whole. He is very funny about opening doors becouse they have been shut for so long and are rusty and stiff to open. He has some parts already pulled off cars{doors here and there ect.} This place is real and very cool to walk around and get lost in. The only thing not for sale is his hearse. This guy wants a fair price for these cars. but will haggle. He does not still live on the property and was told he has video cameras all over. this place is about 6 miles north of fremont mich. on baseline rd. If any one would like his # please let me talk to him later this wk about when I can get my 35 out. I am not trying to keep anyone who wants something from there I just dont know how bad it could be for me to hand out his # on the internet. please understand. If it is o.k with him I will be very happy to do it.
