Open picture in Microsoft Office Picture Manager...hit the "edit picture" icon...a column on the right shows up...the bottom tab called "Compress Pictures" will shrink your bytes for uploading to a website...resave as new name, or just save as original name.

hey i just tried it and it worked!! yeah it's a bit grainy, but when you step back it's looks pretty cool. i divided the pic into 8 pieces, i'm gonna try a bigger one when i get some more colored toner.....

I have had them done from 16.00 on a sale from Adorama.com to 25.00 locally.

If you have taken a digital picture your self it depends on the pixel size of your camera. The more the better and you should save them in TIFF not Jpeg for best results. I ususally have my posters done 20 x 30. If you want your own digital picture this size you should have at least a 10 megapixel camera. Mine is 14.6 and gives good results.

I think I'll try this site I like the looks of the posters posted.

ya i just used regular copy paper and a cheap printer too.......
