On the way to Bruce Larsons drag racing museum near Harrisburg Pa. we stopped at Posies shop ,it was closed , while admiring this primered 32 chevy RPU in the parking lot who comes out but Posie himself. Its his rod ,told us he drove it 5K miles out to SEMA and back. I could never do that in Ratzilla , while looking I saw the only real difference in his rides suspension and mine was the seats. I got bomber seats-look cool- ride hard and he had leather covered -I think corvette seats. Looked pretty cool and I know rode good .I know I should have asked him what they were out of , but its hard to talk with your mouth hanging open.I am gonna call his shop tomorrow and ask them what the seats are out of.Right now Im thinking new seats are going to the top of my list for things to do this winter. I definatly plan on driving ratzilla more localy -like my daily driver on nice days and long distance 4-500 miles each way next year.I might have to get a small trailer to tow with my gear in it . We ought to be able to make one ,was thinking of a 275 gal old rusted oil tank on its side using the 18' wheels I started with on ratzilla. I think I just talked my self into another add on to the list. One more show next weekend then its in to the garage for the rest of the winter.Im thinking of starting a thread on the re build of Ratzilla.Might even buy my own digital camera to speed the pic process uo.LFE

We met Posie at the Detroit Autorama a couple of years ago. He was a pretty nice guy He was staying at the same hotel as us.

Is this the rpu that you saw at his shop LFE? It's his latest, the Speed Queen.

Tucci is a heavy hitter. I like that green truck that they did a few years ago. Sounds like you are going to have a fun vacation 24dodge. Can you get some spare T/F parts while you are up there?

that rod does look comfortable, i've seen some other stuff he's built and it's pretty nice stuff. Can't say I love everything he does but it's all a matter of taste.
