"So, after about 10 years of hiding out, Dutch surfaced in Arizona, where he made guns and knives, did some custom paint, bodywork, and pinstriping. He and his wife and kids tried. somewhat, to live like a 'normal' family.....in a house...with a bar-b-que....and a station wagon."

Got away from work early today.Been wanting to take some pix of the Earthmobile and thought of this place.Von Dutch lived near here for a while and traded movie memorabilia to the owner in exchange for free meals.

So you say you wanted to take some pictures of the Earthmobile..... and then you don't show the pictures of it?!?

That place looks like somewhere I'd stop.

Is that Ken Howard leanin' against the building??:D

Your "A" really looks nice in that setting.

Thanks Bob. I'm trying to set a precedent here for members and their rides out and about in their natural habitats. :D Not just what we drive but where we drive them.

You always post the coolest pictures, thanks. Looking at the Earthmobile and wondering what's the piece of chain running from the frame around the middle of the left door going toward the rear?:D

When I moved here about 8 years ago Minder Binders was still open, had great wings and such. I was ****ed when I saw they were closing it years ago. For those that didn't know it was a sister restaurant to a place in Old Town Sacramento called Fanny Ann's. Same set up, three stories (I think minder binders was only two, Fanny Ann's was definitely three) and the place was full of memorabilia (some might say junk haha). Spent many a night drinkin and carryin' on at both establishments. To bad its closed up.

Regards,

Rev. Don

Fuzz, those are the e-brake chains. They are replacing the rods that went to the original mechanical e-brakes. Now hydraulic.
