model a e-brake?

Got a squeeze handle e-brake lever that mounts on the side of the stock model a transmission but i don't see how it attaches. I don't have the necessary parts but i don't see from looking at the catalogs what i need to buy.Anybody familiar with these?

There is a square stock sticking out of the side of the transmission that the handle slides onto.
