That is awesome, I would love to have something like that with the horn hooked up to a button in the house to keep the geese away!

Welding a gas tank is a good way to blow yourself up, the vapor is the worst.
I suggest filling the tank with water before welding, or at least a good wash out with soap & water =)

Not to worry, the tank has laid on a shelf for many years with no lid, not even an odor of gas.
