Nash 600 springs

Good evening ratty people maybe some of you can help me to plan ahead... My 1947 Nash 600 needs new springs. Since it's not very likely that I will find factory parts, what has anyone else used? Does anyone know if the 1949-51 600/Statesman springs are interchangeable? Or maybe something that's easy to get ahold of? The car sits low as it is on what I think are 70-year-old springs and I'd like to keep it low- but the right way. Thanks in advance for any helpful info!

Front or rear? Leaf springs can be rebuilt, just let the rebuilding shop know that you don't want it sitting higher. As for the front coils, you need to know their diameter and compressed height to look for interchangeable springs. I'd be tempted to toss the front coils and fit airbags in there...
